A Casshern/Cell type hybrid character. Goes from galaxy to galaxy defeating the masters of every weapon, and in turn gains that weapon and is able to call it up from an arsenal of weapons he's collected. Like if he was able to defeat a Green Lantern Corps. member by shooting him with some sort of (ultra powerful) alien weapon he's obtained before, then he will gain the ability to use the Green Lanterns' power ring.
I dunno, just a concept and a work in progress for now.

Argghh! Too related huh? I need to change to something a bit different then. Or make it more violent lol
Make it more Highlander-like.
He keeps the weapons but puts the actual person in a dimensional prison. Find out that he then has to go into the prison dimension without weapons (dimensional law: no weapons) to find something deep in it? :X I dunno.
